Also turn on telemetry and make sure throttle and brake go 0-100. I feel like Horizon is better played on 270-540 rotation, on gear driven wheels the feedback isn't good enough for 900. 900 is nice for drifting though, but logitech wheels self steer too slow to keep up so you have to wrestle them around a lot.
Normal Wheel settings for any sim race game in Windows/the Wheel software with my G25. Overall effects strength 100 (can move up and down depending on how you like it) Spring Effect and /damper effect Strength at 0 these are for canned effects (also 0 in game) Centering Spring off Degrees of Rotation 900 in my case works for all good sims.
Here are my in-game settings: Steering axis deadzone inside: 1. Steering linearity: 5. Acc axis deadzone inside: 6. Acc axis deadzone outside: 95. Decel axis deadzone inside: 5. Decel axis deadzone outside: 51. Clutch: don't use. e-brake axis deadzone inside: 2.
EDIT: Yes it's a 900 degree wheel and yes i have tried the varying degrees. There is a huge thread about this on the forza forum with tons of people complaining about it. I got the same thing on my g920m you should submit a ticket at their website like me and everybody else, so they can fix that crap.
The Logitech G920 is a great wheel for most levels of Forza drivers. rotation between 270-900 degrees, 12-bit resolution optical reading for precision response, and a high-performance force
